Daily, Weekly & Off Season Rates

Shelter Point North

Summer nightly:  $450

Summer weekly:  $2,450

Off-season nightly:  $350

Off-season weekly:  $1,750

Taxes, $175 cleaning fee, and damage deposit are added to each rental. 

Shelter Point South

Summer nightly:  $375

Summer weekly:  $2,100

Off-season nightly:  $275

Off-season weekly:  $1,400

Taxes,  $125 cleaning fee, and damage deposit are added to each rental. 

Check In Time:  4:00 p.m. Central 
Check Out Time:  11:00 a.m. Central

Discounted rates are available when properties are rented together. 

House Rules & Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

House Rules

  • Children welcome, but minimum age of primary renter is 28.

  • No pets

  • No smoking

  • Max guests are 14 for North and 10 for South
